Another masterclass from Tadej much to the joy of 6 players here. Some people are keeping their Tadej joker until later in this race - there's still an awful lot of climbing to get through before Paris!

No changes to the top 3 in the GC - Ignacio Rosso leads by 1:45 and nobody has yet matched Tony B's 4 stage winners.

The next 2 stages are suited to the sprinters so a likely bunch finish for both. Probably.

A small break was kept on a short leash today but it managed to stay away - and 14 players added Mathieu van der Poel to their team today - well done all!

Ignacio Rosso continues to lead the GC but it's Geoffrey K in second now 1:59 off the lead. Tony B still the only player with 4 winners so leads the stage winners contest.

It's a rest day tomorrow. Action resumes on Tuesday with a hilly affair likely to be contested by the GC favourites.
