Stage 19 has an uneventful start but soon gets serious. GC contenders are running out of stages to make progress so we should expect some attacks on the final 18km climb.

Results are in for todays stage. Nobody had the winner but 6 players managed second placed Jordi Meeus.

As with all bunch sprints, nothing much changed in the GC standings and with nobody having selected Brennan today the stage winners contest is as it was too.

A time trial tomorrow - there will be gaps!

Another stage down and another stage win for Matthew Brennan - his fourth of this tour. Only Ignacio Alonso had selected him today - congratulations!

Not much change in the GC - it's still Hofstede1904 with a 2:53 lead over Jill Jenkins. Ben Storey still the only player to score 5 stage winners.

Stage 17 is another that will likely end in a bunch finish. Brennan's fifth?
