14 players predicted a Pogačar victory - but I doubt many would have predicted how convincing a victory it would be. The battle is now for second place surely?

Ignacio Rosso takes over the GC lead by 13 seconds over Pedro Fernandes in second. Andrew Glover still leads the stage winners contest but it joined on 3 wins by Tony B. Andrew leads on countback with a third place kicker.

Stage 7 is pan flat - and the sprint teams will be wanting to contest this stage so we can expect a bunch finish.

2 obvious picks topped the selections today but it was the lesser picked Olav Kooij that delivered the win. 7 players were on the money although the Stage Winners league leader Andrew Glover managed only 3rd. Doesn't matter though - Andrew still leads being the only player to pick 3 winners. No notable change to the GC times today as everybody was in the bunch so only bonus seconds the difference - but those few seconds were enough to demote Keijo K. Kojootti from 2nd to 4th, promoting Mário Bamonde and Ignacio Rosso to 2nd and 3rd respectively. Less than 30 seconds between the top 6!

It's the final day in the Pyrenees tomorrow and likely to be a GC battle at the finish. Although it's not THAT tough a stage so maybe a breakaway will be in with a squeak?

The breakaway day finally arrives and 26 players cheers Mads Pedersen over the line. Andrew Glover makes it 3 from 3 for the stage winners contest and Zimbo B now leads the GC by 21 seconds.

Tomorrow is the first opportunity for the pure sprinters - how fresh are those legs after 4 challenging stages. A likely bunch sprint for the fast guys tomorrow - who are you picking?
