The GC is still led by Hofstede1904 who increased their lead to 2:47 over Jill Jenkins. Pogarina F moves up to third.

So it's a breakaway day again. Todays top pick, Santiago Buitrago, finished second today but 2 players went one better and had the winner! Congratulations to Mario C and Helen F*.

The biggest breakaway of the year - and I missed it! A deserved stage win for Wout van Aert today and 4 players register another stage win.

A change of lead in the GC today - now led by Ignacio Alonso by just 11 seconds after 45 hours of cycling. I hold on for second and Jill Jenkins sits third just 16 seconds off the lead. Antti S is one of those with todays winner and takes over the top of the stage winners contest with 4 winners and 3 third - just pipping Ben Storey into second.

It's a mountain day tomorrow - with an easier start it's likely to lead to another breakaway. But will it last to the line or will the GC riders peg it back and go for the win?
