Congratulations to Tony B - this years Giro 26 GC Champion! I lucked out in second 4:20 off the pace and Yvette P finished third.

Congratulations also to Rebe Santos for claiming outright victory in the stage winners contest. A win in the final stage sealed victory with 6 stage winners. Well done.

Those that saved Jonas for this final mountain stage were rewarded with the win. 6 players were cheering his solo effort up the mountain there!

GC remains largely unchanged. Tony B can start chilling the fizz as there's unlikely to me much in the way of time difference tomorrow but we'll save the virtual celebtrations until it's official. The stage winners contest, however, couldn't be closer. Tony B, Rebe Santos and Ana Sousa are all tied for the lead with 5-2-1. There are still 14 players that could land the top honours for this contest leading into the final stage.

So those that are still here - thanks for sticking around. It's time to make those final selections for stage 21 - an almost certain bunch sprint finish.
